This Privacy Policy describes how your data is collected and used.
Personal information that you provide, may include your title (Mr, Mrs); your name; billing and delivery addresses; telephone number; and email address. These may be held as a result of you making an order or enquiry. The information may be received by email, letter or by telephone.
Kingsway Models does not send any unsolicited emails at all. If you place an order, an acknowledgement will usually be sent to say when the item will be posted. This will be sent to the email address provided on the order - for orders paid by Paypal , this will be the email registered to the account.
Any email enquiries received are replied to as soon as possible. If you don't receive a reply, it is almost certainly due to the given email having been entered on the contact form wrongly, or your email account rejecting the message as 'Spam'.
No advertising emails or newsletters are ever sent by Kingsway Models, and your email address will not be disclosed to any other person or organisation except for Wix Payments or Paypal, who process the payments whether made by credit / debit card or Paypal account.
A copy of your purchase history which includes the products you bought, the price you paid and when they were supplied may be kept.
Although payment details are taken when you place an order, these details are held by our payment processors - Wix Payments and PayPal ,and cannot be accessed by Kingsway Models. We cannot process your payment details again to take any additional payment, but money can be refunded back to you.
Your data is used to enable your payment to be processed and to deliver your goods, and to make statistical analysis to improve how customers are served.
Your data is shared with Wix Payments and/or PayPal during the creation and payment of your order. The name and delivery address that you provide will be on the label of the package containing the items that you order. Please take care to ensure that your default email and delivery addresses are accurate
Kingsway Models makes every effort to keep your personal information safe. Our computers are password protected, with fully updated virus and firewall protection. The order processing pages and payment processing pages where you enter your personal information are provided by Paypal and are hosted on secure https web pages.

Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data that is held about you and can request Kingsway Models to rectify any errors in the data. If we are required by the law to fulfill the request we will supply the information free of charge. Before doing so we may request additional information and proof of your identity. If any of the data we hold is incorrect you can request it to be updated.
You have the right to have the information that we hold on you erased and to restrict or stop us processing your personal information assuming that doing so does not conflict with any data retention regulations . For example HMRC tax authorities.
You have the right to data portability. This right allows you to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purpose.
