This shop parade is based on buildings in Bellingham, Catford, South London. 
The kit builds three shops although ten shopfronts are included in each kit. There are two sets available. Each contains eight individual, and one double shopfront. The Sainsburys and Regency Motors are common to both sets. 
It is possible to have two or three kits together without duplicating any shops. A suitable length of paving is included in each kit. Extra matching paving can be obtained from the PAV kit. A single kit builds a set of three shops approximately 10" wide.
