This is a compact flat front Holden style Underground station. The model's footprint measures 6" x 3.5" plus the paving - the smallest in the Kingsway range, and suitable for use in a row of shops or other buildings. The general design is adapted from the building at Bond Street, opened in 1929 and demolished in the mid-1970s as a result of the building of the Jubilee line.
The model is full relief with plain stone side and rear walls. It would be possible to add a footbridge behind in order to access a sub-surface station. Alternatively , one can assume a subterranean access via escalator or lift to a tube station.
Station names included match those in the TSA and TSN tube station kits. as well as 'Bond Street', and 'Kingsway', and blank panels should you wish to rename. The interior walls are decorated and ticket machines and confectionery stall are included.
