1/43 scale (O gauge)
This is an alternative version of the OMFS Modern Filling Station kit.
It includes signage (& prices!) applicable to the 1970s-90s period). A traditional pole sign is included for 1975 and also two totem digital signs for the 80s & 90s are supplied. The pumps are of a design in common use prior to the arrival of modern multigrade types. Some thin black wire will be required to represent the pump hoses.
The completed model will require the builder to provide a coloured base for the forecourt at least 14" x 10" in size. This can be a sheet of card or board sprayed with grey car aerosol paint, and weathered with charcoal rubbed on. 
The shop building is approximately 10" x 4" and will stand just off the side of the mat, so the 'footprint' of the finished scene will be at least 14" square.
The shop is a complete building detailed front and rear.
